MyPetDog.infoDog Breeding:What sort of dog breed would best suit us? I live in a family of five and we don't want a big dog or one thats to small. 1 family member would like a chihuahua while the others would like something a bit bigger. in our family we also have two birds. We are looking for a small/medium dog breed that would be an outside sleeping dog. Have you got any suggestions? please help!!!
Answer any as long as its raised with love and attention and affection.
Best toy dog breed? I am looking for a very small lap dog and am wondering which one would be best.It would have to be one that likes attention and likes to cuddle and stuff. I don't like short haired chihuahuas...it would have to be a long haired one.. I was kind of thinking either: Toy poodle, long haired chihuahua, long haired miniature daschund, pomeranian....and I don't know what else.

Hi, so, I asked a question asking about if a Lab would suit my lifestyle, but yeah, with training. Of course I would like to train my dog but I'd like one that is easy to train and not a handful so I don't know if a Lab is alright?
Well, I'm not allowed a dog so I'm waiting until I'm old enough to get my own place and after I've settled and got a good job I'll get a companion. I don't know what size house I'll live in but when I leave home for long periods of time I'll leave the dog with my mum, who always will live in a big house because she doesn't like small houses to live in lol. So, here are the thing I'd like from my dog: A jogging companion A friendly dog to all people Can travel in the car well Isn't a huge hand full Good for a first time owner and with no pets (I think I'll just have a dog!) Will be able to take lots of exercise and hours in the park Will give a warning bark when someone rings my doorbell but thats it. Not too yappy (Carry on in a min, Yahoo wont let me type anymore lol) Answer Try the breed selector quiz and see what breed(s) show up that are the "best dog breed to suit that lifestyle"
